Shipping:
All domestic orders will be shipped US Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS Ground Service. If you wish to have your order sent faster, please specify in the special instructions of your order.

Conditions of Sale:
All parts remain the property of Parts4vws.com until paid in full. All engine modification parts, brake parts, European headlights and taillights, (except for those that are direct factory replacement parts), are for use on racing vehicles only, which may not be used on public roads in the USA. Check your local laws. User assumes all costs and risks associated with these and all other items.

Returns:
All returns require an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization). Please contact us by email or phone to obtain a number. The RGA must be marked clearly on the outside of the box. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on electrical parts, tools or repair manuals.

Warranty:
All items on this website are warranted to be free from defects in manufacture, material and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or shipping costs, arising from the use of any products on the website.
